200m Sprint

Get awake by morning call from Ah Hao today, went out after washed up. Fetched Johnny together went ILP and Yusof went by cycling himself as warm up. Today competition was 200m sprint, everything just start to be set up, road block, start/finish banner, sound system and others. So me, Jason, San Fook and Ah Hao went out for breakfast and take the hazard tapes to ILP.

Everything settled and the show go on. Everyone sprint so fast but only top 8 sprinter from each categories of boy and girl elected for semi final. The qualifying finished at 11 morning and we took a break, I'm lunch with Britney and JR. After finish rest, we went continue for the sprint. All sprinters are fight for their best to get in the final so everyone sprint faster than the time taken at first. Yusof with no experience on sprint, so he lose on getting in final but not so bad, he got number 5 at last. For the result, I'll submit them by tomorrow as the result was in the commissar's laptop so you will know how fast they sprint just in few seconds.

After the competition had finished, I went dinner with others. Just now went finish repair my road bike and sent it to Kiddie as he want to borrow my bike tomorrow. He came from Kota Kinabalu and he will represent Sandakan as we are not much competitors in our team. Tomorrow Individual Time Trial will more fun I think. Bed time.
